Construction Project Manager / Design-Build Firm.
Seeking Construction Project Manager with 5 to 10 years related experience in healthcare/hospital interiors, corporate interiors. Project size ranges from $100K to $2M.
Project Management responsibilities span from
design and budget management through schedule, cost and quality management.
Ability to maintain and develop client accounts a must.
Some travel required.

Taking ownership of projects from the time they enter our office, until they are completed, and beyond •
Maintaining positive relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle in order to develop long-term accounts •
Create, maintain and communicate time schedules to team using computer software ( Procore and MS Project) •
Manage site superintendents toward meeting project time deadlines and quality goals
Managing changes to the project, including time, cost, and scope-of-work
Billing of Project
Managing project punch list and closeout process to high standards
Planning, attending and conducting regular meetings with vendors and clients
Fully embracing company quality and safety efforts •
Working closely with the senior managers, Salesman/Business Development, estimating and architects/engineers.
